About Transformative Journey Coaching

Transformative Journey Coaching was born out of a deep passion for helping individuals and families unlock their full potential. With compassion, understanding and expertise, I embarked on a journey to heal my own wounds and overcome my fears, ultimately realizing that true strength lies in facing and conquering our deepest fears. This personal transformation inspired me to share my knowledge and experience with others, guiding them to heal their own wounds and break free from self-imposed limitations. My unique approach combines empathy, empowerment, and proven coaching techniques to facilitate lasting change and growth in our clients' lives.

Anne Robinson - Chief Executive Officer

As the founder of Transformative Journey Coaching, I leverage personal experiences and professional expertise to guide families and individuals through their healing process. My journey has been enriched by my previous roles as a practice manager for several medical and behavioral health practices. During this time, I discovered my passion for coaching employees, helping them uncover true passions-sometimes encouraging them to pursue opportunities outside of the practice.

Understanding the profound effects trauma can have on someone, my commitment is to provide insights and support tailored to each persons unique journey. My experience in managing and coaching diverse teams has equipped me with the empathy and skills necessary to empower others in reclaiming their strength and pursuing fullfilling lives.

Outside of my professional work, I engage in activities that bring balance and joy:

* I am a coffee enthusiast! My morning is not complete without a nice cup of coffee.

* I am a dog lover. My two large American Bulldogs bring a lot of laughter and joy.

* I am a plant aficionado! I take care of over 200 (named) plants in my cherished greenhouse.

*I thrive and revive on the sunny beach. The warmth brings me peace and relaxation.

Zaki-Jabbar Robinson - Chief Operating Officer

I'm Zaki-Jabbar Robinson, the Chief Operating Officer of Transformative Journey Coaching. I bring over 26 years of military experience to my role, having served six years in the Marine Corps followed by two decades in the Air Force. My time in the military has taught me invaluable lessons in leadership and service.

I'm proud to be a pillar in my community. I founded and ran a successful non profit organization focused on youth football and cheer, and for 16 years, I coached youth football in that program. During my time there I mentored young athletes, instilling in them the values of teamwork, discipline, and resilience. Giving back has always been important to me, and it's incredibly rewarding to help shape the lives of young people as they navigate challenges both on and off the field.

My journey hasn't been without struggles. As a survivor of abuse, I understand the deep importance of healing and personal growth. My own experiences have ignited my passion for helping others heal from their trauma. At Transformative Journey Coaching, I use this understanding to guide individuals through their healing processes, empowering them to reclaim their lives and goals.

I believe in the power of connection and community. I'm dedicated to creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Michael Robinson - Director of Onboarding

Hi, I'm Michael Robinson, the Director of Onboarding at Transformative Journey Coaching. At just 24, I've had quite the journey that's shaped my passion for helping others. I graduated high school in 2013 and took some time to figures things out, but I eventually hit a Turing point in my life where I realized I wanted more. It was then that I enrolled at Porter & Chester in the CADD program, thinking it would lead me to a lucrative career.

Three years ago, my mom came to me needing help with her growing business. She had so many clients that she couldn't keep up with the workload. I thought, "What do I have to lose?" and jumped in to lend a hand. As I got more involved, I saw the impact her work had on people's lives, and I knew I wanted to be a part of that transformation.

Now, I focus on helping our clients understand the incredible journey they're about to embark on with us. My role involves engaging clients and ensuring that they complete all necessary paperwork, but it's so much more than just that. I help clients figure out exactly what they need and which program will work best for them. Having experienced the benefits of this program firsthand thanks to my mom's guidance, it's easy for me to coney how life-changing it can be.

I'm excited to be part of a team that's dedicated to supporting individuals on their path to growth and fulfillment. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring new interests that inspire me to keep growing.
